Body Diagnosis
We will tell you what type of body you have and which exercises and movements are healthy for you and which are not. We can tell you if your body can do a specific sport or not. All are based on science-based knowledge of developmental physiology.
Dynamic of Diaphragm
Includes special strength training of your biodynamics of breathing & strengthening the diaphragm with its respiratory function and also with the stabilization function too. You will understand the true core training and core exercises.
Accommodation & Food
Amazing double rooms with over 45m2 with sea or partial sea view. Free 24/7 osmosis drinkable water refill, free cold water with every meal served upon breakfast, a la carte dinner.
Movement Analysis
During our physio training, we will tell you which movement is harmful to you and which is okay. You will understand the correct positions of your body during different exercises. You will understand and feel the parts of your body that are weak and learn how to strengthen them.

What is the retreat process?
This retreat is an opportunity to:
• Meet DEVA TEAM at his second home in the south Greece, Kalamata
• Learn in a supportive group people,
• Spend four days with DEVA Physio Coaches team – Pavol, Michal, Mario and your fellow people, gaining a wealth of knowledge from their 7 years of physio coaching experience,
• And be among the first to take advantage of the facilities at a luxury boutique hotel with views of the sea and mountains!
What is included in retreat fee?
Your retreat fee includes:
• Four-day physio training with DEVA Physio Coaches
• Physical workshop with Master Instructor of Oxygen Advantage Pavol Grman, PhD.
• A virtual copy of Physio Exercises
• A copy of Warm-up manual for athletes and people who love to sport
• Movement physio diagnosis for better health & performance
• Body physio diagnosis for postural improvements
• Luxury accommodation with half board (breakfast & dinners)
DO I NEED ANY QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN?
No, you don’t need any qualifications to start the certification. There are no prerequisites to join the retreat, everyone is welcome.

Planning Your Retreat and Your Trip:
Are payment plans available?
We require a deposit of €500 (euros) on registration. This reserves your place on the retreat. If you are not able to attend, your deposit is fully refundable up to 8 weeks from the training start date. Beyond that time, you may transfer the deposit fee towards another retreat in the future. The balance of €299 is due 14 days before the first day of training.
Are meals provided?
Breakfast and dinner with light refreshments (tea and coffee) are provided on the retreat days. We encourage you to join us. This community-building is a vital part of being on DEVA PHYSIO Retreat!
Are accommodation costs included in the price?
Yes, accommodation costs are included. If you want, you can have a room for yourself, but you have to contact us for the price of this room.
Are travel costs included in the price?
No, travel costs are not included. We will provide you with a taxi booking from Kalamata airport to the hotel.
Can you help me organize travel?
Yes. When you register, we will send you information to help plan your trip to the south of Greece. We also have team members on hand to help you plan your journey. We will send you more information about how to get in touch once you have registered.
Are there any travel restrictions to Greece?
Currently, all Covid-related travel restrictions to Greece have been lifted. You do not need proof of vaccination or a negative PCR or antigen test to enter the country. For peace of mind, this information is included in the Travel Tips brochure, which we send you on registration. If you are traveling from outside the EU, you will also find the relevant visa information in our information pack.
FEE:
A deposit of €500 is required for registration. The balance is due two weeks from the training start date.
Refunds:
Your deposit of €500 is fully refundable up to 8 weeks from the training start date. Beyond that time, you may transfer the deposit fee towards another training in the future.
