Who is this for?

DEVA method is for active people of all ages — from everyday movers to athletes, coaches, and therapists — who want to move pain-free, improve performance, or recover from injury the smart way.

Do I need to be in pain to start?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to prevent injury, improve breathing and posture, or enhance performance before problems show up.

How is this different from regular physiotherapy or training?

We combine movement diagnostics, breathing therapy, and functional strength training to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms. It’s a full-system reset — not a quick fix.

Can I train with you online or do I need to visit in person?

We offer both! You can join us at our studio, attend workshops and retreats, or start with online diagnostics and personalized programs from anywhere.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients feel improvement in posture, breathing, or pain levels within the first few sessions — but long-term results depend on consistency and your starting point.

What should I expect during the first session or diagnostic?

Do I need equipment or gym access?

Nope. Most of our corrective and breathing exercises use bodyweight, bands, or simple tools — perfect for home or travel too.
