Pre-warm up and warm-up plays an important role in exercise and training, as well as helps to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. This topic is so important that it has been explored since the 1930s.

The main goal of warming up is to reduce stiffness of muscles and joints, stimulate blood flow in the periphery, increase muscle temperature and improve coordination of movements. If any of these processes do not occur, the main goal will not be met.

Who created the WARM-UP Manual?

A team of coaches and physical therapists from the DEVA – center for movement and rehabilitation.
The education of the DEVA Team consists of the completion of university studies and selected world-renowned methodologies in the field of physiotherapy and coaching. Education at the Prague School of Physiotherapy, sports coaching at FC Barcelona and also at the Institute of Breathing Technique Oxygen Advantage.
We officially cooperate with the Slovak Football Association in the field of education for coaches, as well as with the first league football teams and handball clubs and players from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece.
