Pulling knees

2 Sets – 10 Reps

Oblique sit

2 Sets – 10 Reps

Physio 3rd month position

2 Sets – 45 sec.
2 Sets – 45 sec. with Intra Abdominal Pressure

Core – Low Bear

2 Sets – 45 sec. with Intra Abdominal Pressure

Side Core & Hips

2 Sets – 10 reps with Intra Abdominal Pressure
