It gives you the skills to teach functional breathing and simulation of altitude training to clients with a wide range of needs and goals. Our Advanced Instructors work with everyone from pro athletes and military to adults and children with chronic illness.

About Certification
The Advanced Instructor Training is our most comprehensive certification. It gives you the skills to teach functional breathing and simulation of altitude training to clients with a wide range of needs and goals. Our Advanced Instructors work with everyone from pro athletes and military to adults and children with chronic illness.
What is the certification process?
Once you’re comfortable with the training material (keep in mind that you’ll have full access to OA’s instructor portal with over 300 hours of additional video tutorials, presentations and information to support your ongoing learning), you’ll need to:
– pass an online exam through our Oxygen Advantage website (available through your OA instructor portal login)
– complete three case studies on your practice clients through three weeks of coaching (either online or in person)
*There’s no time constraint on when you’ll be ready to take your exam and complete your case studies. You can work through the learning material at your own pace and take your exam and work with your clients when you’re ready.
This training is an opportunity to:
• Meet Pavol at his second home in the south Greece, Kalamata
• Learn in a supportive group setting,
• Spend four days with Pavol and your fellow students, gaining a wealth of knowledge from Pavol’s own 10 years of coaching experience,
• And be among the first to take advantage of the facilities at a luxury boutique hotel with views of the sea and mountains!
What is included in course fee?
Your course fee includes:
• Four day training with Master Instructor Pavol Grman, PhD.
• Physical and virtual copies of the instructor training manual
• A virtual copy of the athletes’ manual
• A copy of The Breathing Cure by Patrick McKeown. This is a comprehensive book with 500+ pages, so leave space in your luggage for a bit of extra weight…
• Pre-recorded video lessons explaining the theory and application of the OA method
• Marketing designs, images, and logos, to use on your own website and marketing
• Editable PowerPoint presentations to use in your own training sessions and workshops
DO I NEED ANY QUALIFICATIONS TO JOIN?
No you don’t any qualifications to start the certification. There are no pre-requisites to join the training, everyone is welcome.

Planning Your Training and Your Trip:
Are payment plans available?
We require a deposit of €550 (euros) on registration. This reserves your place in the training. If you are not able to attend, your deposit is fully refundable up to 8 weeks from the training start date. Beyond that time, you may transfer the deposit fee towards another training in the future. The balance of €1100 is due 14 days before the first day of training. Three payments plan is available.
Are meals provided?
Light refreshments (tea and coffee) are provided on the training days. We start our day together with a great breakfast. It is an important opportunity to meet and talk with other students and to learn from their varied expertise. We encourage you to join us for breakfast and dinners. The price of the breakfasts and dinners are included. The price of the lunch is not included and you can choose your lunch in a hotel restaurant. This community-building is a vital part of being an OA instructor!
Are travel and accommodation included in the price?
No, travel costs are not included. We will provide you with a list of possibilities for single/double bedroom options.
Can you help me organize travel?
Yes. When you register, we will send you information to help plan your trip to the south of Greece. We also have team members on hand to help you plan your journey. We will send you more information about how to get in touch once you have registered.
Are there any travel restrictions to Greece?
Currently, all Covid-related travel restrictions to Greece have been lifted. You do not need proof of vaccination or a negative PCR or antigen test to enter the country. For peace of mind, this information is included in the Travel Tips brochure, which we send you on registration. If you are traveling from outside the EU, you will also find the relevant visa information in our information pack.
FEE:
A deposit of €550 is required for registration. The balance is due two weeks from the training start date. The 3 payment plan is available.
Refunds:
Your deposit of €550 is fully refundable up to 8 weeks from the training start date. Beyond that time, you may transfer the deposit fee towards another training in the future.
